Clogging is one of the most common issues to arise when the cartridge is not properly preheated before use. On most batteries, you can double click the button on the battery (usually a light wiIl flash), and wait 15 seconds prior to hitting the pen.
Also, be sure to store your vape upright, avoiding direct sunlight (yes, please don’t leave your vape in a hot car), when not in use.
If your cartridge is not clogged but no vapor is coming through the mouthpiece, we recommend taking a q-tip to clean the surface of the mouthpiece tip. Just like headphones, mouthpieces can collect dirt and residue, disrupting the airflow.
